UFC Pay Per Views (PPV) preliminary card
A reminder that the preliminary card for UFC 325 PPV broadcasting on Sunday 1 February is not available on Foxtel.
Residential customers who have ordered the upcoming UFC 325 PPV will see an error message (F0704) or a black screen pointing to the Foxtel online support page, on Main Event 2 (ch. 522) for the duration of the prelims. Customers may contact Foxtel during this time assuming their order for the PPV event was unsuccessful due to not being able to view the prelims.
Please advise customers that they can watch the prelims via Channel 10 on their Foxtel iQ3, iQ4 or iQ5 and that access to the UFC 325 PPV main card will commence at 1pm AEDT on Main Event 2 (ch. 522).

Bush fires impacting regional Victoria
Bush fires continue to impact some regional areas of Victoria, while thousands of homes across the state are without power due to extreme weather conditions. A reminder to follow the Natural Disasters process for customers impacted by the bush fires.

Zendesk Launches today
Zendesk launches from Tuesday 20 January. You will need to use Zendesk to service your customers, view your roster, and access your QA information.

Aurora channel
From Tuesday 27 January 2025, the Aurora channel (ch. 173) will no longer be available via satellite delivery and will only be available on iQ4 and iQ5 internet connected boxes.
Agents should encourage customers with iQ2 or iQ3 to upgrade to an iQ4 or iQ5 if they wish to continue watching the Aurora channel via their set top box.
A customer web notice will be published on the Foxtel website from Wednesday 14 January.

Bush fires impacting regional Victoria
Bush fires are currently impacting some regional areas of Victoria. A reminder to follow the Natural Disasters process for customers impacted by the bush fires. Remember to listen to the customers concerns and use empathetic language, such as:
- "I'm sorry to hear this has happened"
- "I can understand how that would be difficult"
- "It makes me really sad to hear this has happened"
Also note postal services may not be operating in and around impacted areas, meaning delays to any Foxtel fulfilment items sent to customers.

Issue downloading Foxtel apps for iOS devices
A temporary issue with the App Store is affecting the availability of the My Foxtel app and Foxtel Go app. This is only impacting new downloads or re-installs of the apps, customers who already have the apps installed are not impacted.
While the issue is being fixed, customers can access Foxtel Go via a web browser or access their My Account online. Please use the following scripting reactively:
“We are actively working with the Apple Support team to reinstate access to the My Foxtel and Foxtel Go apps. While the issue is being resolved you can still use Foxtel Go through a web browser or manage your account online via myFoxtel. We apologise for any inconvenience and are working to have this resolved as quickly as possible."
Update: This issue has since been resolved and customers can download both apps from the App Store.
Flash app closure
From Monday 9 February, the Flash app will no longer be available. Foxtel customers who use the app will be notified about this closure on Wednesday 7 January via email.
Customers will continue to have access to the existing 15 news channels along with the new channel "NBC News Now" available on Foxtel. Alternatively, customers can access the channels via the Foxtel Go app.
