1. What is the price increase?
From Sunday 1 March 2026, selected customers who are on the Platinum 2024 and Platinum 2024 with Netflix packages received a price increase. Impacted customers will see an increase amount of either $3, $6 or $10 on their monthly bill. Note: Platinum 2024 customers include those who were migrated as part of the March 2024 pricing and package simplification changes.
Additional considerations:
-
Customers in contract
Customers who are in an active contract are exempt from any price increase impacts until the end of their contract length. -
Customers with offers
Customers with an active offer will continue to receive their discount value despite the price increase. However, depending on their package, they may still see a $3, $6 or $10 increase to their monthly amount, even with an active offer. For example, if a customer has a “$10 off sport for 12 months” offer, they will still receive the price increase while maintaining the dollar value discount.
Retention Only: Any available offers in relation to the 2026 price rise will be communicated directly to you.
