Foxtel Now is available for a free trial period of 10 days, regardless of what packs the customer signs up for initially.
For the latest information on the trial period, check the Foxtel Now website.
Important: From 15 October 2024, new Foxtel Now customers will sign up on the below packs. Select customers who signed up before 15 October 2024 will be migrated to the Ultimate pack and offered a discount to promote them to stay for a longer time. For more on new Foxtel Now packs, click here.

Note: Some exemptions for existing customers occur depending on existing offers and when they have signed up to the Foxtel Now service. Please refer to the account notes to see if your customer is being migrated to a discounted Ultimate pack.
2. Activating the Foxtel Now Box
A Foxtel Now ID is required to activate the Foxtel Now Box. Customers can sign up to Foxtel Now for a 10 day free trial to receive a Foxtel Now ID.

Customers who are on these legacy packages do not need to change to the new Foxtel Now packages.
Essential base pack
Customers must be subscribed to the essential base pack at $25 (includes Pop and Lifestyle) to add the following packs:

Customers must choose at least 1 starter pack.

Note: Customers who were on a bundle pack of more than $80 arpu (average revenue per user) and those who are receiving an offer of $10 off per month for 12 months will be excluded from the transition to the updated pricing and packaging from 15 October 2024.
Important: Customers who change or disconnect their Foxtel Now (or are disconnected due to non-payment) and were on these legacy packages will only be able to select the new Foxtel Now packages if they decide to re-subscribe.
