Call Control restricts outgoing calls with the use of a Personal Identification Number (PIN) – including long distance, international, 190 and local calls. If the customer is unable to make outgoing calls, call control may be enabled.
To turn Call Control on
1. Wait for the dial tone
2. Press the * button on your handset
3. Dial 3,3
4. Enter your pin
5. Press the # button
6. Hang up.
