This test is used to test if the voice service is provisioned with the correct Traffic Class, VoIP should be configured using TC1.
Note: the Telstra InfraCo Hub Network Performance Test is only available for Voice Services, please ensure you used the FNN number to lookup the service in Telstra InfraCo Hub as using the BBID number will not include this test.
1. After opening the required service click on the Diagnostics tab, you will see all available tests on this same page
2. Select required Test, you will see Run/Test status change to 'in progress',
next click Continue
3. Check the Estimated Completion Time field, this will give you an indication how long the test will take to complete.
4. While you wait for the test to complete please prepare your notes ready.
5. Click Refresh Status, it's next to the Continue button to see if the test has been completed.
6. The test results will determine if the correct Traffic Class i.e. TC1 is configured or if there is a detected problem.
7. Raise a No dial tone fault ticket to our wholesale partner and attach these results if any errors detected.
