Let's refresh the box's power cable:
- Locate the power point the box is plugged into, and turn it off.

Unplug the power cable from the back of the box, and then plug it back in.

Turn the power point back on. This will reboot the box, which will take a few minutes.

Check any channel on Foxtel to see if the picture is working again.
