Restoring your box to factory settings may help resolve this issue. By doing so:

All recordings, series links and future-dated recordings will be deleted.

You will need to reschedule all series links and future-dated recordings.

If your settings have been changed, you will need to change them again once complete.

You may need to repair your Foxtel remote.
This can take up to 5 minutes to complete.
iQ3, iQ4, iQ5
On your Foxtel remote:
- Press the Home button on the Foxtel remote.
- Scroll left to the Setting icon.
- Scroll down and Select Troubleshooting
- Under Troubleshooting, Select Reset iQ System.
- You will be asked if you wish to continue, select Yes, Reset System.
Your box will reboot several times during this process. You may see a variety of error messages throughout.
After completing the full system reset as described above, send a test message and re-sync. Refer to step 3 to send a test message and step 4 to re-sync the box.
If this fails, then proceed to the next step.
