To check if your box is able to communicate with Foxtel’s network, let's try sending a test message.

Ensure the box is on (there should be a blue light on the front panel of the box).

Ensure the TV is on, and the source/input selected is the one the box is plugged into.

When you're ready, click Send On-screen Message below.
Once the test message is sent, proceed to the next step to re-sync the box.
