Do another speed test

Once your modem has rebooted, complete another speed test by doing the following: 

On a PC/MAC

1. Open a web browser and go to speedtest.net.

2. Click Go!

On a smartphone/tablet:

1. If you haven't already downloaded the Speedtest by Ookla App, open the App Store or Google Play Store (depending on the device).
2. Search for Ookla using the search function in the store.
3. Select and install Speedtest by Ookla application.
4. Open the application and select Begin Test.
