Perform an internet speed test

Performing a speed test will ensure your speeds are within specifications.

On a PC/MAC:

1. Open a web browser on your PC/Mac device.
2. Enter speedtest.net  into the address bar.
3. Click Begin Test.

On a Smart Phone or Tablet:

1. Open the App Store or Google Play Store (depending on the device).
2. Locate the Speed Test by Ookla app using the search function in the store and install.
3. Open the application and select Begin Test.
