Let's refresh the box's power cable:
- Locate the power point the box is plugged into, and turn it off.
- Unplug the power cable from the back of the box, and then plug it back in.
- Turn the power point back on. This will reboot the box, which will take a few minutes.
- Check any channel on Foxtel to see if the picture is working again.
