Check download settings

If you're experiencing issues with slow downloads, streaming or buffering, you can change the way your box downloads and streams content to suit your internet connection. 

1. Go to Home, then go to Settings (COG Wheel).
2. Go to Internet Connection, then Streaming and Download Settings.
3. Highlight Download Buffer Size and use the arrows to change the option to suit your household.
   • Auto 
   • Small 
   • Medium
   • Large (Best for slow internet speeds) 
4. Highlight Streaming Quality and select the best option for you. 
   • Low (for slow internet speeds and low data usage).
   • Best (for fast internet speeds and high data usage).
5. Press the Foxtel button to go back to Live TV.

Next, you can change notifications for Downloads. 

1. Go to Home, then go to Settings (COG Wheel).
2. Go to Notifications, then highlight Download Notification Reminder. 
3. Use your arrows to change the options to suit your needs: 
   • None
   • Ready
   • Downloaded
4. Press the Foxtel button to go back to Live TV.
