Let's try a few things to refresh your remote:
- Open the battery cover on the back of the remote by lifting the latch.
- Remove the batteries.
- Wipe the front of your remote firmly to unstick any buttons and remove any dirt.
- Tap both sides of the remote on the palm of your hand to remove any loose dust or dirt.
- Replace the batteries with new AA batteries and then put the battery cover back on (in many cases, replacing the batteries will fix the remote issues).
- Ensure that your box is on (there should be a blue or green light on the front panel of the box) and test the remote by pressing any of the buttons.
