Estimated software update durations

The duration for a software update to finish depends on the type of Foxtel box connection:
 

• Internet-only connections, it can take up to 5 minutes.
• Satellite connections, it may take up to 20 minutes.
• Satellite TDT connections, please allow up to 24 hours.

Note: Please hold off on troubleshooting until the expected software update time has lapsed.
