Apple TV app on iQ3 boxes
An error has been identified where the Apple TV app was incorrectly added to iQ3 boxes and will be removed from iQ3 boxes on Friday 5 December.
Should an iQ3 customer enquire about the app removal, you must use the following reactive messaging verbatim, offering a free iQ5 upgrade.
"The app wasn’t performing on the iQ3 to the high standard we expect, so it’s no longer supported on that box. To continue accessing the app, you’ll need to upgrade to our latest set-top box, the iQ5. It delivers better app performance, access to the full suite of Foxtel 3rd party apps and best overall viewing experience. If you’d like, I can step you through the upgrade now so you can continue using the app with the best performance and experience."
