1.1 What is Disney+?
Disney+ is an Ad-free, subscription streaming service that provides on-demand content for entertainment from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars™, National Geographic, and the general entertainment brand, Hulu.

1.2 How do customers access Disney+ through Foxtel?
Customers with an internet connected iQ5, iQ4 or iQ3, and a current Disney+ subscription will be able to access the Disney+ app through Foxtel.
There are a few ways customers can access Disney+ on Foxtel:
- Press Home on your Foxtel remote
- Scroll across to the Apps menu
- Highlight the Disney+ app and press Select.
If the customer has a Foxtel Voice Remote:
- Press and hold the microphone button on your remote
- Then simply say ‘Disney app’, 'Disney Plus' or ‘Disney Plus app’.
Disney+ can also be accessed via:
- Text search
- The Apps carousel
- Or by selecting a Disney+ content tile.
Once the app is launched you will be taken to the Disney+ Welcome / Log In Page.
- Select LOG IN
- Enter your existing Disney+ account login details
- Then select Sign In
1.3 Do charges apply for streaming Disney+ on Foxtel?
Yes, customers will require a current monthly or annual subscription to Disney+ to stream Disney+ content on Foxtel via their iQ5, iQ4 or iQ3.

1.4 How do customers subscribe to Disney+?
To subscribe to Disney+, head to www.DisneyPlus.com/Foxtel and follow the prompts to sign up.
In order to be eligible to subscribe to Disney+, you will need to be aged over 18 years old, an Australian resident and have valid payment details (credit card or Paypal) to facilitate the auto-renewal payments after the initial subscription expires, unless cancelled prior to renewal. Acceptance of the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, Disney+ Privacy Policy and Disney+ Collection Statement is required to subscribe to, access and use the Disney+ streaming service.
1.5 How do existing Disney+ subscribers watch Disney+ on Foxtel?
Existing Disney+ subscribers do not need to sign up again and can log in via the Disney+ app on Foxtel. Once signed in, customers can access Disney+ content which is included as part of their existing Disney+ subscription, on their iQ5, iQ4 or iQ3.

There are over 500 films, 15,000 episodes and 80 Disney+ Originals available on Disney+. Disney are always adding more content to our library so there’s always something to enjoy!

Customers can explore Disney+ originals like Obi-Wan Kenobi, Only Murders in the Building and Marvel Studios’ Loki. Or make it movie night with Lightyear, Star Wars Episodes 1 - 9 or Marvel Studios’ latest hit: Dr Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
There’s new family faves like Pixar’s Luca, Disney’s Encanto plus all-time classics like Disney’s The Lion King, The Little Mermaid and Aladdin. Plus thousands of episodes of TV series – including bingeworthy Grey’s Anatomy, The Kardashians and Criminal Minds, and Disney+ exclusives like The Mandalorian, Dopesick and Marvel Studios’ Moon Knight.

Disney+ content in 4K UHD is only supported on iQ5. iQ4 and iQ3 boxes are capable of supporting HD content.
