Update on duplicate box issue
Earlier this week there were a small number of customer impacted by an error where they incorrectly received duplicate boxes on their upgrade or installation orders.

Unfortunately, there may be some customers who are in an area where a courier service is unavailable and will be required to return their duplicate box via their nearest post office.
