3. Conversation support
What is BINGE and how do I get it?BINGE is a new entertainment streaming product. The media report these apps as Foxtel apps, but they're managed separately from us so unfortunately I don't have much more information for you. If you're interested in finding out more, their website is binge.com.au.
I want to disconnect my Foxtel - I've signed up for BINGE or signing up for BINGE.Thanks, I understand the reason for your call. Let me take you through some options. While BINGE is a streaming service, lots of our customers prefer the convenience of having everything all in one place.
Foxtel has the full library of programs available with all of our content deals with the major studio, plus you can also watch your free to air channels through the box, record shows to watch later, and also rent movies. You can also access your Netflix through the iQ3, iQ4 or iQ5 and even bundle your account so you can get your Netflix cheaper.
I want to downgrade because I have BINGE/getting BINGEOK, no problems – I can get that organised for you. While I am doing that can I ask you a few questions? What has attracted you to BINGE? (Depending on the answer, use this opportunity to point out key differences. Talk to benefits of why keeping Foxtel packages would be a better match for the customer).
Does BINGE have (insert show) that Foxtel has?Unfortunately I don't have access to the information about BINGE's library of content, because the app is managed by a separate team. You'll need to head to their website, binge.com.au and check on there.
