Follow this procedure to check a customer's broadband monthly data usage.

Note: A customer's data usage is calculated based on the bill cycle period.

3. Tasks
1. Check broadband data usage

Check the customer's data plan on the Account Summary screen in CORE.

Note: Customers are sent notifications via email or SMS (depending on the customer's preference) when their data usage reaches 50%, 85% and 100% of their monthly data allowance. Customers who are on unlimited data plans will not receive any usage notifications.

Open the Broadband usage tool.
Enter the customer's account number in the Account Internal ID field.
Click Get Usage Details. The customer's data usage information will appear.

If..	Then...
the customer is disputing the usage amounts	transfer the call to Broadband Technical Support (for transfer information, see FoxPages directory - Foxtel departments).
the customer wants to order a data pop-up	see Procedure - add a data top-up.
the customer wants to increase their monthly data allowance	see Procedure - change broadband bundle.
