Payment extension applications can only be discussed with the account holder or an authorised user.

3. Tasks
1. Action a payment extension
- Open the 'Advanced Collections GUI' using the icon on your desktop.
- Enter the customer's account number.
- Click OK. The Results window will display details.
- Right-click on the next collections event in the Events tab.
- Select Reschedule.
- A pop-up window will display with the dates of the customer's collection events. Change the date to the day after the payment date.
- Click OK.
- Confirm in the Advanced Collections GUI that the collection event has been extended.
- Click Exit to close the Advanced Collections GUI.
