Configuring the Hub with the correct credentials to allow the device to connect to the Foxtel services.
1. Advise the customer to open a web browser and enter 192.168.0.1 or www.routerlogin.net into the address bar.
2. Advise customer to enter the username as admin and the password as password and select LOG IN.
3. Click on the Internet tab in the left hand pane.
4. Get the customer to enter their ADSL username into the Login field and their password into the Password section.
5. Click Apply, the Hub will now save the settings and reboot.
6. Once the Hub has come back online (Approximately 2-3 minutes). You will need to enter the details into the IPV6 settings to establish the connection.
7. After entering in the details, click apply and wait for the modem to turn back on.
