Check for Multiscreen subscription in CORE

To use Multiscreen, you will need to confirm that the customer has a Multiscreen subscription in CORE.
Check the customer’s account on CORE and confirm if the customer has one of the following products:

• Platinum Plus
• Multiscreen
• Multiroom
