Check how many devices are currently casting?
When using a Chromecast device, for the optimal casting experience, Google recommends you connect to the Chromecast from your device first, and then initiate playback on the show of your choice.
Ask the customer how many devices are being used to cast right now?
- If the customer is using up to 2 devices, Go to the next step.
- If the customer is using 3 or more devices, Continue below.
Provide customer with Casting Limitations
- Foxtel Go accounts can cast using up to two devices at the same time
- You may have to exit the Foxtel Go on one device before launching another
- There can be a 30 second delay in closing one device and being able to cast on another
