Incomplete IP recordings may result in missing start and end timings and recording event identifiers.
- This can happen as the IP recording can take up to 2 hours to become available to customers.
- This is in addition to the download time, which depends on the asset. It takes time for content to be published. Especially live content.
Please advise the customer that if they have waited for a while they can search for and stream the asset on their iQ.
