Resetting the remote control removes all pairing information between the iQ and the Remote Control Unit and may resolve some remote related issues.
- Press the Home Button on the Foxtel Remote.
- Scroll left to the Settings icon.

Scroll down to Troubleshooting.

Select Reset Remote Control.

The customer will be asked if they wish to continue - select Yes, Reset iQ Remote.

The iQ will reboot and the customer will be taken to the Guided Setup screen to pair the remote.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the remote.
