For our customers affected by flooding, we want to let you know that we’re thinking of you and we’re here to help.
We understand your Foxtel service might not be a priority just now, but when you’re ready our team is here to assist.
We can offer the following:
- Foxtel TV installation in temporary accommodation for customers evacuated from their regular residence at no cost
- Transfer of Foxtel TV service to new accommodation for customers evacuated from their regular residence at no cost
- Early termination fee waived for disconnection of service for customers who have experienced severe damage due to the floods
- Replacement at no cost of damaged equipment e.g.: satellite dish and Foxtel set top unit
- Extended payment periods for customers suffering financial hardship because of the floods

If you’re back in your home and your Foxtel service is not working, please give us a call on 131 999. Our team will do everything they can to get your service back up and running as quickly as possible. In the meantime, if you have access to the internet, don’t forget you can access Foxtel Go.
Will I still receive postal deliveries from Foxtel?
Postal services may be affected by the natural disaster, so items may be delayed. If your item is more than one week overdue, get in touch with us via Live Chat.
