How do I set up direct debit?

You can set up direct debit in My Account:

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Under the Billings & Payments tab, click Set up Direct Debit.
3. Enter your credit card or bank account details.
4. Click the Yes, I agree to the Direct Debit Service Agreement checkbox.
5. Click Save.

You'll receive an email to confirm that you've activated direct debit.

Note: When you add a new credit card, a pre-authorisation amount ($1) is placed against your card to validate it. Your bank will withhold the pre-authorisation and return it within 5-31 business days (dependent on the bank). This is not a charge to your card.
