If you have an iQ5 with a hard drive or iQ4 connected to your home internet, you can record up to two Foxtel programs while watching a third live.
If you have an iQ4 connected to a satellite or iQ3, you can record up to three Foxtel programs while watching a fourth live.
Note: Free to air recording is different – set top boxes are able to record one free to air program while the customer is watching another free to air or Foxtel channel live.
You’re seeing the error message because:
- You’ve scheduled too many recordings to happen at the same time
- There is an overlap in the "Add to Start" and/or "Add to End" settings for those scheduled recordings
The error message should display which recordings you are trying to record and give you the option to cancel to avoid a clash.
