Check Foxtel remote battery

Your remote may become unpaired if the batteries are running low. To check the battery level:

1. Press Home on your Foxtel remote.
2. Scroll left to the Settings icon.
3. On the Settings menu, scroll down to Advanced Settings and press Select.
4. On the Advanced Settings menu, scroll down to Remote Control Settings and press Select.
5. Check the Battery Life section.

If the battery life is Low, change the batteries and try to use the Voice feature again.
