Reset the Remote

Resetting the remote control removes all pairing information between the iQ and the Remote Control Unit and may resolve some remote related issues.

1. Press the Home Button on the Foxtel Remote.
2. Scroll left to the Settings icon. 
3. Scroll down to Troubleshooting.

   

4. Select Reset Remote Control.

   

5. You will be asked if you wish to continue, select Yes, Reset iQ Remote.

    

6. The iQ will reboot and you will be taken to the Guided Setup screen to pair the remote.

    

7. Follow the on-screen instructions to pair the remote.
